1. Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle
• Services will remain active until the billing period ends

2. Refunds

• INTAKORS does not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• No refunds are provided for unused service time
• Exceptions, if any, are handled at INTAKORS’s discretion

3. Failed or Duplicate Payments

Payment issues such as failed or duplicate charges are handled via Stripe. For billing concerns, please contact us at operations@intakors.com.
