INTAKORS provides Inbound Lead Response & Booking Operations support
for professional service businesses.
Our services include:
- Responding to inbound enquiries
- Qualification based on client-provided criteria
- Booking calls on the client’s calendar
INTAKORS does not:
- Generate leads
- Provide sales, legal, financial, or medical advice
- Guarantee outcomes, conversions, or revenue
2. Payments
- Payments are processed exclusively via Stripe
- Pricing and billing frequency are displayed on the checkout page
- By completing payment, you authorize Stripe to process charges on our behalf
INTAKORS does not store payment information.
3. Subscription & Cancellation
- Services are billed on a monthly basis
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- No partial-month refunds are provided unless explicitly stated

5. Service Limitations
Service performance depends on inbound enquiry quality and client responsiveness.
INTAKORS is not responsible for missed opportunities caused by:
- Incorrect client information
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Client-side delays or system failures

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
INTAKORS makes no warranties, express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
INTAKORS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with applicable laws of the business’s operating jurisdiction.
